We believe homeowners deserve simple, transparent service with clear expectations. Our pricing, plans, and service model are designed to make home care straightforward and easy to understand.

 

By scheduling service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Pricing & Service Model

All listed services are offered at flat-rate pricing.

 

If a service is listed, the price shown is the full price and includes:

 

  • labor

  • standard parts

  • applicable tax

 

We do not add hidden fees to listed services.

 

Each service includes a clearly defined scope of work so you always know what to expect.

Scope of Work

Every service is performed based on a defined scope.

 

If a job requires additional time, materials, or work beyond that scope, it may require:

 

  • additional labor
  • a different service
  • or further evaluation

 

Any additional work will always be explained and approved before proceeding.

Diagnostic & Evaluation Services

If your issue does not match a listed service, we offer evaluation options:

 

Garage Door Diagnostic Visit — $89


Diagnostic-only visits available when no repair is performed. Used to identify issues and provide recommendations. 

No repair work is performed unless approved separately.

 

Outside-Scope Evaluation — $100


Used for service requests that do not match a listed service and require further evaluation.

Additional Labor

 

Additional Labor — $50 per 30-minute increment

 

This only applies when work extends beyond the defined scope of a listed service and will always be explained before being added.

Home Care Plans

Home Care Plans are annual service agreements designed to provide ongoing preventative care.

 

Plans may include:

 

  • scheduled visits

  • repair credits

  • priority scheduling

  • additional member benefits

 

Plans are valid for 12 months from the start date.

 

Services included in plans are preventative in nature. Repairs are not included unless covered by repair credits.

Repair Credits

Repair credits:

 

  • apply to eligible services only
  • must be used within the active plan year
  • do not roll over
  • have no cash value

Snow Removal Services

Snow removal is offered as a seasonal add-on.

 

Important details:

 

  • Service must be requested by call or text
  • Service is not automatic
  • Service is not guaranteed
  • Scheduling is based on route, weather, and conditions

 

Seasonal Add-On:

 

  • $349 per season
  • Includes up to 5 visits

 

Additional visits:

 

  • $85 (with snow add-on)
  • $105 (without snow add-on)

 

Snow removal includes:

 

  • driveways
  • walkways
  • public-facing sidewalks

 

Service is limited to standard residential conditions.

 

Property owners remain responsible for complying with local snow removal requirements.

Snow Assistance for Members

We provide complimentary snow assistance for plan members who are physically unable to safely clear required access areas.

 

Includes:

 

  • public-facing sidewalks
  • accessibility ramps

 

Important details:

 

  • Must be requested
  • Not automatic
  • Not guaranteed
  • Based on route, safety, and weather conditions

Delivery Services (Plans Only)

Plan members may receive included deliveries based on their plan level.

 

Deliveries are limited to small to medium household items and may include:

 

  • furniture pieces
  • household appliances (one at a time)
  • store pickups or local deliveries

 

Important details:

 

  • Items must safely fit within our service vehicle
  • Oversized or complex deliveries may not be eligible
  • Delivery does not include installation or setup
  • Additional or complex deliveries may require additional service

 

All deliveries are subject to size, weight, and safety limitations.

Home Baseline Assessment

The Home Baseline Assessment is a one-time walkthrough designed to establish a starting point for your home's condition and provide observations for future maintenance planning.

 

This service includes:

 

  • full system walkthrough (garage door, irrigation, HVAC, exterior)
  • condition notes and photos
  • identification of visible issues
  • recommendations for future care

 

This is a one-time assessment and does not include ongoing service or updates.

Service Limitations

 

Garage Door Services

 

Garage door services are based on standard residential systems. Pre-existing wear, hidden damage, or additional mechanical issues discovered during service may require additional repairs outside the original scope of work.

 

Home Care Plan Services

 

Home Care Plan visits follow a clearly defined preventative service scope designed to help homeowners stay ahead of future issues. Scheduled visits are intended for maintenance, condition observations, and minor adjustments within visit scope.

 

Irrigation Support (Home Care Plans Only)

 

Seasonal irrigation support is available only through Home Care Plans. Irrigation observations and maintenance may include controller review, spray pattern observations, visible leak observations, and seasonal system checks. Hidden underground issues, damaged lines, valve failures, or repairs beyond visit scope may require additional service.

 

HVAC Light Services

 

HVAC services are limited to light maintenance and condition observations only.

 

We do not perform:

 

  • Major HVAC repairs
  • HVAC system replacements
  • Regulated HVAC work
  • Plumbing work
  • Electrical work
  • Licensed trade work outside listed service scope

Service Documentation

Home Care Plan members receive ongoing Digital Home Record updates designed to help track service history and maintenance over time.

 

We may document services using:

 

  • photos
  • notes
  • condition updates

 

This information may be used to support service quality and update your Digital Home Record.

Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are scheduled based on:

 

  • availability and service demand
  • weather conditions
  • workload

 

Priority scheduling applies to plan members but does not guarantee immediate service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling.

 

Appointments may be adjusted due to:

 

  • weather
  • safety concerns
  • unforeseen conditions

Service Area

Services are provided within our designated service area. Requests outside this area may be declined.

Agreement

By scheduling or receiving service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service if:

 

  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Requests fall outside of scope
  • Behavior is inappropriate
