Scheduled visits are preventative service visits that follow a clearly defined scope of work. Repairs beyond scheduled visit scope are priced separately unless covered by annual repair credits.

Sweetheart Plan

$499/year

Simple, reliable care for the essentials. 

 

Includes:

 

  • 2 scheduled visits per year

    • Preventative service visits following clearly defined visit scope.

 

  • Garage door preventative care

    • Includes inspection, lubrication, safety checks, and minor adjustments; repairs and parts priced separately unless covered by repair credit.

 

  • Irrigation startup OR winter blowout

    • Includes standard residential systems up to 6 zones; additional zones may require add-on coverage.

 

  • HVAC preventative maintenance

    • Light maintenance only; includes filter and thermostat check. Does not include repairs or regulated HVAC work.

 

  • Exterior condition check

    • Includes visual review of caulking, seals, drainage and visible exterior wear, plus minor caulking touch-ups within scheduled visit scope. Larger exterior repairs are not included.

 

  • Home safety device check

    • Visual check of accessible smoke/CO devices, garage safety sensors, and other basic accessible homeowner safety devices within scheduled visit scope. Does not include code inspections or electrical/fire system testing.

 

  • Digital Home Record updates

    • Service history, condition notes, photos when applicable, and maintenance recommendations.

 

  • $100 annual repair credit

    • Applies to eligible listed services; resets annually and is not redeemable for cash.

 

  • Priority scheduling

    • Members receive preferred scheduling priority over non-members when availability allows

 

  • 1 Help a Neighbor service

    • Subject to standard service scope and scheduling availability.

 

  • 1 delivery per year

    • All deliveries are subject to size, weight, and safety limitations.

This is a one-time assessment and does not include ongoing updates.

Delivery Perk (Included with Plans)

Plan members receive included deliveries each year based on their plan level.

 

Deliveries are designed for small to medium household items and may include:

 

  • Furniture pieces
  • Household appliances (one at a time)
  • Store pickups or local deliveries

  • Deliveries are limited to items that safely fit within our service vehicle
  • Large or oversized items may not be eligible
  • Delivery does not include installation or setup

Seasonal Snow Care

Our snow care add-on is designed to give homeowners extra support during winter while keeping service simple and manageable.

Snow Care Add-On

This is a limited seasonal add-on and not on-demand snow removal service.

 

$349 per season

 

Includes:

 

  • Up to 5 visits per season

  • Driveway clearing

  • Walkway clearing

  • Public-facing sidewalk clearing

  • Service is limited to standard residential conditions

Snow Assistance for Members Who Need It

 

We provide courtesy snow assistance for members who are physically unable to safely clear required access areas.

 

Includes:

 

  • Public-facing sidewalk
  • Accessibility ramp (if present)

This is a limited courtesy offering when availability allows and is not guaranteed emergency snow service.

After each visit, we update your Digital Home Record and provide an updated copy within 24 hours, with service notes, condition updates, and recommendations. It helps you stay organized, makes future service easier, and gives you a clearer picture of your home over time.

Repairs are billed separately, but each plan includes an annual repair credit.

 

How does pricing work with the plans?
All services are offered at simple flat-rate pricing. If a service is listed, that price is the full price — including labor, standard parts, and tax. Your plan adds value through scheduled visits, repair credits, and priority service. Plan services follow clearly defined scope of work.

 

Are add-ons required?
No. Add-ons are optional and can be used to customize your plan.

 

Is snow removal automatic?
No. Snow service must be requested by call or text and is scheduled based on route, weather, and conditions.

 

What is included in the Digital Home Record?
Your home record may include service history, condition notes, photos, and recommendations from each visit.

 

Can I use Help a Neighbor for anyone?
Yes, it can be used for a friend, family member, or neighbor within the service area.
